Litfest African style

On the 9th July 2004 a group of ten African students and their teachers visited Astor College and gave a great performance. It was a wonderful experience that was enjoyed by years 7, 8 and 9.

It displayed great African talent and culture. The display was preformed in the White Cliffs Theatre. It was a great exhibit that showed how a little piece of music and song can bond two cultures and genders together. Boys and girls alike enjoyed this spectacular performance and clapped and stomped their feet in appreciation.

The experience was thoroughly enjoyed and it left people in a cool mood. We are sure that everybody that was at the performance would love to see it again !
